untitled cyberpunk

I've been working on this for FAR too long... I've always wanted to try creating neon hair and experimenting with two-sided lighting. Once I saw a portrait from Ilya Kuvshinov, I was like 'I need to do this'. I haven't thought of a name for this piece yet, but the whole vibe is pretty much Night City.
